Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel and own the remote build execution cluster.
- Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds while managing GitHub repository configurations, pre-merge checks, and test executions.
- Improve developer onboarding by reducing time-to-first-commit and accelerating engineering productivity.
- Provide and maintain remote development environments that support efficient coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems such as Bazel.
- Proficiency writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on developer productivity, onboarding, and engineering workflows.
