Base Salary
$82k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy for an SAP S/4HANA transformation and SAP RISE cloud program.
- Develop and maintain test plans, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with program objectives.
- Lead and manage test teams, including resource allocation and performance oversight.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Drive defect triage, resolution tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate requirements and deliverables.
- Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of software testing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP testing programs, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP certification or SAP Activate experience, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and experience with automation tools and performance testing.
