Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise.
- Drive platform engineering work and connect long-term technical vision to deliverables.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle.
- Lead feedback conversations and document outcomes.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large engagements.
- Coach client engineering teams and transfer knowledge.
- Facilitate retrospectives and strategy sessions to improve outcomes.
- Identify and resolve blockers to team progress.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and consulting.
- Expertise in building production-grade platforms and AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
- Ability to balance technical considerations with product and user needs.
