Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality features across backend, web, and mobile products.
- Develop internal tools that improve the speed and effectiveness of operations and handyperson teams.
- Collaborate closely with operators and teams serving members and handypeople to gather feedback and triage issues.
- Own critical product features and contribute to long-term product vision and architecture.
- Help shape Honey Homes’ engineering culture as an early member of the team.
Requirements
- Experienced full-stack developer who has built and shipped meaningful products across the stack.
- Ability to take ownership of large, ambiguous problems and work independently with substantial responsibility.
- Ability to balance startup speed and scrappiness with long-term technical excellence.
- Growth mindset and motivation to learn and improve.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, TypeScript, Google Cloud, or React is helpful but not required.
- Previous founder or early-stage startup experience is a bonus.
- Passion for home maintenance and improvement is a bonus.
