Base Salary
$185k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the development and delivery of new features for Elicit on a weekly basis.
- Balance short-term feature shipping with long-term system maintainability.
- Contribute to discussions on user experience, system design, and architecture.
- Work on a mix of known features, prototypes, and exploratory projects.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in both back-end and front-end development.
- Professional experience in software development at a mid-career to senior level.
- Above-average communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure to working with language models and asynchronous code.
- A passion for craftsmanship and a joy in software development.
