Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and related platform technologies.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, Node.js, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
- Architect and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI agents, including topics, actions, prompts, reasoning capabilities, and orchestration workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering, LLM optimization, Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and Einstein Trust Layer controls.
- Design RAG architectures using Salesforce Data Cloud and trusted enterprise data sources.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce applications, enterprise systems, APIs, middleware, knowledge repositories, and digital engagement channels.
- Implement API-first and Headless Customer 360 integration patterns across Salesforce and external platforms.
- Develop agent analytics, audit logging, dashboards, monitoring, and KPI reporting.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, deployment frameworks, and source-driven development practices.
- Use Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, DevOps Center, Visual Studio Code, and related development tools.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, governance processes, and production incident retrospectives.
- Create technical design documentation, architecture artifacts, impact assessments, and deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and AI-agent issues.
- Mentor developers and administrators and evaluate emerging Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification required.
- Advanced Apex expertise, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Scheduled Jobs, and synchronous and asynchronous processing.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, and declarative platform development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, and FLS/CRUD controls.
- Experience with Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, Copilot capabilities, autonomous AI agents, prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI-agent optimization.
- Experience implementing Responsible AI controls, compliance frameworks, governance policies, and AI trust mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, RAG architectures, data integration, and enterprise data strategies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, event-driven architectures, Headless Customer 360, and API-first architectures.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, Git, DevOps Center, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and source-control strategies.
- Ability to create architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives independently, collaborate across distributed global teams, learn emerging technologies, and mentor team members.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience is preferred.
