Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications using AI-native engineering practices.
- Build front-end and back-end components and integrate them into cohesive applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, quality-focused, and compliant software.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Full-stack programming experience with Java and Spring Boot or comparable backend technologies, plus frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL or NoSQL, APIs, cloud-native development, and software delivery pipelines.
