Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, troubleshoot, and support Infor Baan/LN applications.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment, technical design, and system integration activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end users to implement technical changes.
- Maintain technical documentation covering design specifications, development logs, and configuration details.
- Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, performance optimization, production releases, and continuous improvement.
- Provide post-implementation technical support and help resolve application issues.
- Follow internal development standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systems.
- Experience developing in LNCE using Studio and customizing Baan/LN applications.
- Proficiency with Baan/LN tools, scripting, and reporting.
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related domains.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with current Infor LN versions, cloud deployments, application lifecycle management, change management, production release mechanisms, and Infor Baan/LN certification.
