Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate real-time observability, incident detection, autonomous response, and customer recovery capabilities for the Network Control Center.
- Own end-to-end feature and subsystem delivery from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Integrate ML models for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and closed-loop learning workflows.
- Solve distributed-systems problems involving real-time event processing, low-latency decisions, and fault-tolerant services.
- Participate in on-call rotations, build operational dashboards and runbooks, and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to technical designs, code reviews, and engineering practices while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with high-availability distributed systems and services, real-time or event-driven systems, monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Experience with AWS services and experience selling AI/ML solutions are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
