Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and complex architectural design across platforms for end-to-end solutions.
- Translate architectural guidance into detailed technical designs and perform design and analysis for deliverables.
- Code, test, implement, and document solutions using web and cloud technologies.
- Lead committees, projects, large-team design sessions, development meetings, and organization-wide standards and processes.
- Collaborate with development staff, contract and offshore engineers, and business product owners in an agile environment.
- Lead web development staff and provide subject-matter expertise across applications and technologies, with possible supervisory responsibility.
- Recommend solutions that account for cost, business needs, and system impacts.
- Use third-party frameworks, open-source libraries, and APIs to develop application solutions.
- Keep current with advances in software engineering and rapidly adopt new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps engineering.
- Strong experience with Harness and Jenkins CI/CD platforms, including pipeline-as-code, shared templates, and reusable workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting for automation.
- Deep AWS experience with ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, ASG, and IAM.
- Experience with Docker, container registries, container orchestration, Nexus or Artifactory repository management, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
- Experience with security scanning tools, remediation workflows, cloud services, integration and service frameworks, microservices, and REST-based API development.
- Expertise with build and deployment tools including Visual Studio, Git, GitHub, Maven, Harness CI/CD, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Core Java or .NET experience and expertise with coding platforms and frameworks including C#, Java, object-oriented programming, functional programming, Spring Framework, J2EE, service-oriented architecture, dependency injection, and core architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, DynamoDB, API gateways, Apache Camel, Swagger API, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, .NET API, Kubernetes, and container automation.
- Familiarity with Angular, React, Vue.js, ASP.NET MVC, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax.
- Familiarity with AI development tools including AgentCore, Strands, and Kiro IDE.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, presentation, prioritization, teamwork, and customer-focus skills.
- Preferred qualifications include extensive CI/CD DevOps experience with Nexus, Harness CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket; technology or platform certifications such as AWS; and financial services industry knowledge.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $131,000-$165,000 plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
- Hybrid schedule requiring work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at a hub location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; or Denver, Colorado.
- Up to 10% travel may be required, and work outside normal business hours may be required.
- Relocation assistance is not provided.
