Base Salary
$97k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and insightful peer reviews for code changes.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, systems analysts, engineers, and tech leads.
- Translate business logic into technical requirements.
- Build technologies consumed by developers and integrators and create user documentation.
- Drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- High proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with a fundamental understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Angular, Spring Boot, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins Core, and Datadog.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Leadership and mentorship experience.
