Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x, TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x, and TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition.
- Develop, secure, publish, and manage APIs using Apigee Edge on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
- Develop Java, Python, and JavaScript solutions for integration, automation, and serverless processing.
- Design messaging and event-driven integrations using TIBCO EMS and IBM MQ.
- Build, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and production applications.
- Drive reliability through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, service improvement, on-call support, and major incident management.
- Implement Datadog dashboards, alerts, distributed tracing, log monitoring, application performance monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Use Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Shell scripting, GitLab, Maven, and CI/CD practices for automation and release management.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate issuance, renewal, rotation, troubleshooting, keystores, and truststores.
- Perform application performance tuning, capacity planning, resiliency improvements, and production readiness activities.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Cucumber and Behaviour-Driven Development methodologies.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture, security, and operations teams to meet enterprise standards and security requirements.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in API, integration, middleware, platform engineering, automation, observability, and production support.
- Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x, TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x, and BWCE.
- Experience with Apigee Edge, REST API design, API lifecycle management, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and mTLS.
- Experience with Core Java, Python, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, asynchronous messaging, publish/subscribe architecture, and event-driven design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, secrets, and container troubleshooting.
- Experience with Datadog, APM, log management, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment, and release management.
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management, PKI concepts, keystores, truststores, secure API design, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and Cucumber/BDD methodologies.
- Ability to make evaluative judgments, resolve technical problems, advise stakeholders, communicate complex information, manage risk, and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team where leadership responsibilities apply, or act as a technical advisor and influence related teams as an individual contributor.
