Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and services from design through production operation.
- Design scalable and reliable distributed systems and drive key technical decisions.
- Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Raise code quality and design standards through constructive code and design reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience, ideally at scalable product companies.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills.
- Solid code quality, testing, and software design practices.
- Track record of measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with microservices, platform engineering, or AI/LLM platform integrations is nice to have.
