Responsibilities
- Build ML-powered systems with Data Scientists and ML Engineers from design through production validation.
- Design and develop robust backend services in Go for financial risk steering and decision-making workflows.
- Design, develop, and operate distributed systems and cloud-native applications at scale.
- Build and maintain event-driven systems using pub-sub and messaging platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
- Partner with Risk, Engineering, and Data Science teams to clarify business requirements and communicate technical trade-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline through a B.Tech or B.E., or a master’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience in sophisticated technology environments, including cloud-native applications, scalability challenges, or event-driven solutions.
- Strong production-proven experience with Go and confidence in Python or Java.
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems and cloud architectures at scale.
- Understanding of event-driven platforms, pub-sub, and messaging brokers such as Kafka, NSQ, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with ML-powered products is preferred.
- Product-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
