Responsibilities
- Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs, transformer architectures, and domain-specific datasets.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, agentic AI workflows, and model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Productionize GenAI models with data engineering and MLOps teams on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and custom interfaces.
- Evaluate model performance, improve outputs through experimentation, and ensure deployment robustness, scalability, and compliance.
- Keep current with GenAI research, foundation models, and open-source tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor of Technology, B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA qualification is required.
- Required skills include Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Azure, AWS, GCP, LangChain or LangGraph, REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, MLflow, Weights & Biases, Git, and ML CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines and cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex is required or expected.
- Preferred skills include RAG, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Streamlit, Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and small language models is desirable.
- Test automation is listed as a required skill.
