Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver AI-native full stack applications using Java, React, and modern cloud technologies.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing software products while contributing to solution architecture, technical design, engineering standards, and code quality.
- Use AI technologies to accelerate software development, improve engineering productivity, and add intelligent application capabilities.
- Implement DevOps practices including automated testing, containerization, cloud deployment, monitoring, and release automation.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX teams, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver digital products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise applications with Java, React, and modern full stack technologies.
- Strong experience delivering AI-native software and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of product engineering, software development life cycle practices, software architecture, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong DevOps experience including Git, containerization, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and deployment practices.
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, intelligent automation, or modern AI frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, observability, platform engineering, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
- Experience delivering enterprise software in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Consulting experience delivering technology transformation programs for enterprise clients is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
