Responsibilities
- Lead the management and optimization of Kafka, Pega, middleware services, Azure cloud, and Kubernetes platforms.
- Drive platform reliability through automation, monitoring, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code capabilities.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Embed security, compliance, and operational risk controls across platform operations.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and security teams on business-critical outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and improve platform engineering standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, middleware technologies, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern CI/CD toolchains.
- Strong focus on platform reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Experience managing major incidents and production environments at scale.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and developing others.
