Responsibilities
- Drive pre-sales technical strategy and go-to-market solutions with customers and data center hosting partners across APAC.
- Advise customers and partners on end-to-end TPU software stack architecture and integration strategies.
- Guide technical qualification, pod layout design, system turn-up, OS and firmware upgrades, telemetry integration, and hardware maintenance workflows.
- Conduct workload performance profiling, migration, and optimization for large-scale AI training and inference models and data pipelines on Google Cloud TPU hardware.
- Partner with technical Sales teams and serve as a subject matter expert to resolve technical objections, support proofs of concept, and troubleshoot customer roadblocks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native or high-performance computing infrastructure architecture in a customer-facing pre-sales, solutions architecture, or deployment engineering role.
- Experience developing, deploying, and orchestrating distributed AI/ML workloads with PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, or SGLang and Kubernetes or Slurm on AI accelerator hardware.
- Experience with Linux host software, cluster control planes, and data center infrastructure integration across compute, high-speed networking, and storage.
- Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with customers, data center partners, and global engineering teams.
- Preferred experience integrating large-scale accelerator clusters with fleet management APIs, IaaS operations tools, BMC/Redfish, and Prometheus telemetry pipelines.
- Preferred experience designing and operating large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure farms involving data center space, power, liquid cooling, Optical Circuit Switches, Top-of-Rack networking, and hardware repair workflows.
- Preferred experience with XProf, PyTorch Profiler, Pallas, or MaxText for performance profiling and kernel optimization.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred for supporting regional customers.
