Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions aligned with product strategy.
- Lead technical execution, architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices for key initiatives.
- Remain hands-on in software delivery while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
- Improve product quality and reliability through automation, testing strategies, observability, and operational excellence.
- Design and optimize AI agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Monitor system and AI-agent performance using telemetry and data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Quality Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.
- Strong front-end experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in at least one backend stack, such as .NET or Laravel.
- Experience leading technical projects or initiatives while contributing hands-on to software delivery.
- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with globally distributed teams and AI-assisted development tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other production-scale data platforms.
