Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions aligned with product strategy.
- Lead technical execution, architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices for key initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to improve team performance.
- Champion automation, testing strategies, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical technical solutions.
- Design and optimize AI agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Improve visibility into system and AI-agent performance through telemetry and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Quality Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.
- Strong front-end experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in at least one backend stack such as .NET or Laravel.
- Experience leading technical projects or initiatives while contributing actively to software delivery.
- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with globally distributed teams and AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other production-scale data platforms is preferred.
