Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans from requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform manual, automated, performance, usability, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Build regression test case sets and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
- Document test results, identify system deficiencies, communicate defects, and help generate resolutions.
- Track quality assurance standards and evaluate application performance.
- Estimate testing efforts and lead or mentor others as needed.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers on an agile team and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with quality assurance testing.
- Experience with manual, automation, and performance testing on platforms such as Microsoft Power Pages, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
- Experience planning test cases and building regression test case sets.
- Experience with integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and EUT.
- Experience using Jira, Jira Xray, and GitHub.
- Experience with testing languages or tools such as Gherkin, C#, Java, Ruby, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, REST API, and Postman.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
- Preferred experience includes working on a scrum team, testing large-scale enterprise low-code/no-code platforms, using SQL, demonstrating functionality to stakeholders, and knowledge of Scrum Methodology.
