Responsibilities
- Review requirements and test documentation for corporate applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for new and existing application features.
- Perform functional testing of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Cloud, and other enterprise applications.
- Validate billing, invoicing, and financial transaction accuracy using SQL-based data verification.
- Report defects, support defect triage, and help ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Communicate business requirements and proposed solutions to internal customers in non-technical terms.
- Support projects from specification gathering through development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
- Organize software introduction meetings and user training sessions.
- Document software functionality and application changes.
- Provide status updates and assist with release-readiness decisions.
- Share knowledge, implement best practices, and continue developing technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, or Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Working knowledge of billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and general ledger concepts sufficient to test financial application workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL for data validation and querying, particularly backend or database-level testing of billing and financial data.
- Knowledge of test case mapping and execution, test management tools, and test case writing techniques.
- Experience with Web Services and Web APIs, including SOAP and REST.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and project/time management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or quote-to-cash and order management processes is preferred.
- Experience with test automation, JavaScript, web design, web applications, or data structures is preferred.
