Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and test documentation for corporate applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for new and existing features.
- Perform functional, user acceptance, and end-user testing for ORMB, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Cloud, and other enterprise applications.
- Validate billing, invoicing, revenue, and financial transaction accuracy using SQL-based data verification.
- Report defects, support triage, and help assess release readiness.
- Communicate requirements and solutions to internal customers in non-technical terms.
- Support projects from specification gathering through development, QA, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
- Document software changes and functionality and organize software training sessions.
- Provide status updates, participate in meetings, share knowledge, and implement testing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ORMB, or Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Working knowledge of billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and general ledger concepts sufficient to validate financial application workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL for data validation and querying, particularly for backend and database-level testing.
- Knowledge of test case mapping and execution, test management tools, and test case writing techniques.
- Experience with Web Services and Web APIs, including SOAP and REST.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, problem-solving, project-management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or quote-to-cash and order-management processes is preferred.
- Experience with test automation, JavaScript, web design, web applications, and data structures is preferred.
