Base Salary
$70k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and testing scenarios from development, business analysis, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project management team during the design phase.
- Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, scripts, plans, and testing standards.
- Perform hands-on functional, web UI, regression, post-release, UAT, component, endurance, API, and load testing.
- Execute SQL queries to create and update bulk test data.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using ADO and JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers to verify that software meets business requirements.
- Estimate testing effort schedules and prepare daily, weekly, and defect status reports.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of software testing experience.
- Strong hands-on functional and web UI testing experience.
- Exposure to the MMIS or healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
