Base Salary
$80k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve personalized ecommerce experiences across products, domains, and platforms.
- Build, deliver, and maintain high-load real-time personalization services.
- Research personalization approaches and model user interactions to improve shopper experiences.
- Build and maintain personalization, recommendation, and ranking systems in production.
- Validate personalization hypotheses using business KPIs and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and the big-data stack for end-to-end ML product development.
- Experience building, shipping, and maintaining personalization, recommender, or ranking systems in production.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience with a major public cloud platform is a plus.
- Strong communication of business value to stakeholders and excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and solving problems independently with actionable outcomes.
