Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize reusable Core Java applications with a focus on multithreading, concurrency, and performance.
- Develop and manage scalable Spring Boot microservices and implement Kafka-based event-driven systems.
- Analyze systems, conduct feasibility studies, estimate time and cost, and contribute to IT planning.
- Design and optimize SQL database solutions for data integrity and performance.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, monitoring, and support.
- Deploy and manage applications using container technologies in a cloud environment, including ECS.
- Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and related development practices.
- Apply code quality, security, compliance, risk management, and ethical business practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience in software systems analysis and programming.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Core Java, including concurrency, collections, and JVM internals.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot for enterprise applications and microservices.
- Strong practical experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database development and optimization.
- Working knowledge of Docker and ECS.
- Solid experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Preferred exposure to smart AI tools and practical prompt-engineering experience.
