Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain scalable backend cloud services using Java and modern frameworks.
- Build and scale cloud computing infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Implement secure, reliable backend workflows for throughput and system consistency.
- Design and deploy resilient REST APIs and WebServices for integrated data workflows.
- Use Hibernate and related ORM frameworks to manage data lifecycles and storage pipelines.
- Use Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security to build and secure cloud capabilities.
- Perform software component integration and align backend APIs with Angular and React frontend experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural issues and optimize systems operating at scale.
- Create technical documentation for backend platforms and collaborate with cross-functional product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a technical field.
- At least five years of backend software development experience focused on Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot for building, configuring, and securing microservices within cloud infrastructure.
- Experience developing scalable REST API endpoints for high-throughput data exchange.
- Experience with Hibernate, object-relational mapping, and advanced database queries.
- Experience using Azure, AWS, or GCP services for scalable application deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systemic software issues.
- Ability to collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to create clear system structures and developer documentation.
- Preferred: experience with Angular or React.
- Preferred: understanding of CI/CD pipelines in a cloud context.
- Preferred: familiarity with messaging systems or streaming architectures for high-volume data platforms.
