Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise Java full-stack technology strategy.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across Java backend and frontend technologies.
- Drive cloud, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API modernization.
- Establish secure, scalable, and resilient application design standards.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, technical debt reduction, and vulnerability remediation.
- Champion AI-assisted development and collaborate across the Conventional Trust Platform team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Senior full-stack engineering background.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java development expertise.
- Frontend experience with React and Angular.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred exposure to AI development tools such as Claude CLI and Windsurf.
- Preferred experience with Workflow, Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling.
