Responsibilities

  • Support production and non-production Salesforce environments for the Artemis clinical artwork tool.
  • Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components in Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
  • Support MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as Veeva by monitoring jobs, reviewing logs, troubleshooting connectivity and data-flow issues, and escalating complex defects.
  • Configure and support single sign-on with Okta or Microsoft Entra and workflow email notifications.
  • Resolve support tickets and defects while communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Follow coding, security, performance, compliance, documentation, audit, and governance standards in a regulated environment.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept activities and explore emerging AI/ML use cases.
  • Lead PI Planning, Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, technical estimation, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for the Salesforce Artemis product team.
  • Use Git or similar version control and participate in CI/CD pipeline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience, or a diploma plus 7–9 years of such experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Aura and/or Lightning Web Components, and core Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience supporting MuleSoft APIs and integrations with external platforms such as Veeva.
  • Experience with single sign-on integrations using Okta or Microsoft Entra.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipeline processes.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with QA, compliance, validation, cybersecurity, and security teams in regulated environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification is preferred.
  • SAFe Agile certification is preferred.
  • Experience with electronic signatures, supply chain or clinical supply chain, validated environments, and GxP processes is preferred.
