Responsibilities
- Develop software using object-oriented programming languages on Windows or Linux.
- Contribute across requirements definition, design, development, deployment, and customer support.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver software for metrology, inspection, and data analytics products.
- Travel domestically and internationally to KLA and customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field such as electronics, physics, automation, or mathematics.
- Experience with one or more of C, C++, or C#.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multithreaded programming, object-oriented analysis and design, and programming.
- Preferred knowledge of networking, database management, architecture, design patterns, automated unit testing, and software development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software debugging abilities, plus fluent English and effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum qualifications allow a master’s degree with 0 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
