Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage the Salesforce partner data model, including schema and validation rules.
- Administer the partner platform stack, including dashboards and access layers.
- Define and maintain partner data quality standards and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to instrument partner processes.
- Oversee access and configuration governance for partner systems.
- Build and operate AI automation across partner workflows.
- Identify and automate high-volume partner operations tasks.
Requirements
- Five or more years in revenue systems, partner systems, or business systems roles.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration or architecture experience.
- Experience owning a data model relied upon by other teams.
- Ability to translate program rules into schemas and validation flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with LMS, PRM, or partner portal products.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier or Workato.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agents.
