Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow UI and portal experiences.
- Configure ServiceNow backend functionality, including REST API integrations, Flow Designer, scripting configurations, and ATFs.
- Build reusable, componentized interfaces using modern UI frameworks such as React, AngularJS, Seismic, and UI Builder.
- Use IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and ServiceNow instances in daily development work.
- Apply software design, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
Requirements
- Require 6–8 years of software engineering experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Require extensive experience with ServiceNow UI and portal development and backend configuration.
- Require experience with JavaScript and modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or React.
- Require working knowledge of development tools, ServiceNow instances, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Strong analytical, design, communication, and teamwork skills are expected.
- Experience with Next Experience UI, Seismic, or UI Builder on the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
