Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead upfront technical architecture for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove execution roadblocks.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams by troubleshooting systemic deployment blockers and translating field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and technical delivery outcomes alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs, enterprise content management systems, and identity; cloud infrastructure; or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience reading or debugging Java, Python, or JavaScript code and working with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Experience solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, developing architectural solutions, orchestrating technical resources, and influencing technical or executive stakeholders is preferred.
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact are preferred.
