Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, measuring accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring field patterns and AI stack friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams, promote Google-grade development practices, and support long-term adoption.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical, non-technical, and executive Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or a similar programming language.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception through customer launch.
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills for engaging clients in Greater China.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK; using patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation; leading technical discovery sessions; and optimizing LLM metrics, state management, and tracing.
