Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize complex generative AI applications, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including legacy data silos and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems with stringent accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
- Identify recurring customer patterns and convert field feedback into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams, promote Google-grade development practices, and support long-term adoption.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical and executive Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience using Python or related coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception through launch for customers.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Fluent English communication skills for engaging regional clients.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation patterns.
- Preferred: experience leading technical discovery sessions and knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
