Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical architecture for enterprise AI solutions, integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove delivery roadblocks.
- Serve as the liaison to product and engineering teams by troubleshooting systemic deployment blockers and translating field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, JavaScript, or another general-purpose language.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred experience solving ambiguous technical problems, diagnosing bugs, developing architectural solutions, coordinating technical resources, and influencing technical or executive stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
