Responsibilities
- Design and ship an agentic AI support agent to autonomously resolve customer cases.
- Build AI tools for generating and improving customer-facing documentation.
- Create self-service experiences tailored for constrained and industrial environments.
- Develop analytics and recommendation systems to enhance customer engagement.
- Design and implement AI-powered applications and extensions to improve CX operations.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of software or AI/ML engineering experience with production AI systems.
- Fluency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications like chatbots and recommendation systems.
- Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and course-correct based on data.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
