Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own cross-team technical strategy for major platform areas.
- Lead complex, multi-quarter infrastructure and architectural initiatives.
- Define and champion engineering standards and patterns.
- Partner with Product, Policy, and Technical Account Management to shape roadmap decisions.
- Identify and resolve systemic risks including security and performance bottlenecks.
- Raise the technical ceiling for the engineering organization through mentorship and code review.
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to enhance output quality and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record leading large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects.
- Ability to set technical direction and navigate ambiguity.
- Deep experience building and maintaining configurable, enterprise-grade systems.
- Product orientation with a focus on user impact and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex technical decisions.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and investing in team culture.
- Fluency in applying AI tools in workflows and excitement about AI-powered features.
