Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for a global customer base.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Modernize existing platforms using cloud-based technologies and modern software architecture.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
- Develop automation to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance.
- Participate in mobile and cross-platform application development where applicable.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across distributed systems.
- Contribute to improvements in engineering practices, tooling, and development processes.
- Apply testing strategies and secure coding practices to ensure software quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with AWS or Azure.
- Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: experience with Angular, React, or modern web frameworks.
- Preferred: experience developing SaaS applications.
