Responsibilities
- Translate user and client requirements into technical specifications and software features.
- Design, develop, test, implement, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and business systems.
- Apply algorithms, data structures, programming languages, and software platforms to develop technology applications and services.
- Prepare design specifications and document software development lifecycle execution.
- Ensure code and configurations meet security, logging, error-handling, performance, and other non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate technologies and assess upstream and downstream impacts on processes, data, and risk.
- Follow release management, version-control, risk-management, and applicable policy and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies after the co-op/internship.
- Foundational proficiency in creative thinking, relationship building, emotional agility, quality assurance and testing, cloud computing, microservices, and technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
- Intermediate proficiency in programming, applications integration, test-driven development, system development lifecycle, troubleshooting, system and technology integration, communication, collaboration, analytical problem solving, and data-driven decision making.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and unofficial academic transcript.
