Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications and facilitate technical requirements.
- Analyze, develop, test, implement, document, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and system components.
- Write code and prepare design specifications using algorithms, data structures, programming languages, and relevant software platforms.
- Support system design and advise on security requirements, logging, error handling, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate technologies and assess upstream and downstream impacts on processes, data, and risk.
- Follow release management processes, standards, and version control practices.
- Interpret and document client requirements and collaborate across functional teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies after the co-op/internship placement.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
- Foundational proficiency in creative thinking, relationship building, emotional agility, quality assurance and testing, cloud computing, microservices, and technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
- Intermediate proficiency in programming, application integration, test-driven development, system development lifecycle, troubleshooting, system and technology integration, communication, collaboration, analytical problem solving, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong adaptability, learning agility, and desire to learn.
