Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and build internal tools and automation with Support, Quality, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Support CAFI, ASL, and CI/CD data pipelines used to gather and analyze customer log files for troubleshooting Vocera products.
- Develop automation scripts, AI/ML solutions, and new features that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure features and enablers are effective.
- Follow software engineering best practices and document designs and product capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, highly available enterprise solutions within project timelines.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML and/or process automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell/Unix shell.
- Knowledge of database fundamentals, SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, and visualization.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, backend frameworks, data processing libraries, ETL frameworks, infrastructure automation, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with systems design, source-code management, code review processes, and Agile development methodologies.
- Track record of delivering high-quality technical results on schedule.
- Ability to work independently through ambiguous requirements and communicate effectively within a dynamic, diverse team.
