Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities with business leaders and define the technical vision and agent product roadmap for a strategic domain.
- Design and build production-grade AI systems while driving architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability decisions.
- Work with end users to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and accelerate AI transformation across the domain.
- Establish best practices for evaluation, testing, guardrails, and observability, and review technical designs.
- Mentor AI engineers and agent builders, share reusable components, and build AI expertise across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI.
- Strong experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, evaluation, and production systems.
- Ability to influence product and business decisions.
- Proven leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
Benefits

- Annual gross salary package of €90,000–€100,000.
