Responsibilities
- Build and evolve infrastructure, deployment automation, and operational systems supporting OCI virtual networking services.
- Develop and operate software-defined networking and network-focused services for predictable performance, strong isolation, and high availability.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
- Troubleshoot network and service issues using packet captures, flow logs, system logs, metrics, and dashboards.
- Work across engineering teams to deliver reliable production capabilities at cloud scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure automation, or IaaS service development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
- Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Linux and Python automation.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, routing, packet flows, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with packet reception, classification, processing, forwarding, filtering, and observability.
- Understanding of distributed systems, service reliability, and production operations.
- Preferred qualifications include C or C++, Kubernetes, Docker, P4, Prometheus, Grafana, Wireshark, tcpdump, DPDK, DPU/IPU technologies, NVIDIA BlueField, AMD Pensando, and highly available public-cloud services.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration across engineering teams are required.
