Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor software development teams and junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business requirements.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Ensure adherence to software design, coding, testing, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high code quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and relevant design patterns.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
