Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test and deploy offline object detection, tracking and fusion modules.
- Serve as project lead, guiding less experienced team members.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and ML for autonomous driving.
- Develop offline perception models or algorithms using disciplined software development processes.
- Document created applications and define data preparation and governance processes.
- Assess current capabilities and propose improvements.
- Measure and track auto labeling quality.
- Guide and produce information products for data accessibility.
- Evaluate technical advances to improve productivity and quality.
- Develop guidelines for analytics and machine learning models.
Requirements
- Highly skilled and proficient in discipline with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a Doctorate with 1+ year.
- Experience in Active Learning and Pseudo-labeling, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in two of the following: 2D/3D Object Detection, Tracking, Sensor Fusion, Semantic Segmentation, SLAM, BEV.
- Familiarity with ML Operations (MLOps) and tooling.
- Experience with distributed machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and Ray.
- Proficiency in Python software development and cloud-based development environments.
