Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support moderately complex applications and databases.
- Translate technical specifications into code and create automated test-supporting development artifacts.
- Deploy changes across development, test, and production environments and provide follow-up production support.
- Optimize database design and code for system performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Integrate and maintain data pipelines between APIs and backend systems.
- Integrate third-party products and software with existing applications.
- Maintain backend software documentation covering logic, processes, and architecture.
- Apply secure development, backend security, and data-protection practices.
- Participate in design, code, test, and systems-analysis inspections.
- Monitor and refine dashboards and SLOs and resolve known problems using playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, such as a B.E. or B.Tech, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data optimization for high-performance applications.
- Experience or familiarity with API development, API integration, and third-party software integration.
- Required skills include Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, AWS, SQL queries, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Python experience is optional.
- Proficiency with Agile, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Adobe Experience Manager AWS Cloud background is requested.
- Expertise debugging AWS and legacy systems using modern tools is requested.
- Ability to collaborate with front-end developers and business stakeholders.
- Aptitude for continuous process improvement across process flows and workflows.
