Responsibilities
- Design and maintain iOS and Android CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate mobile build, testing, signing, packaging, deployment, promotion, and release processes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Manage Apple certificates, provisioning profiles, App Store Connect, TestFlight, Android keystores, Google Play Console, configurations, secrets, feature flags, and release parameters.
- Improve build and deployment reliability and speed while implementing rollback, release governance, artifact promotion, and environment management.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, cloud, platform, architecture, and engineering leadership teams.
- Troubleshoot build, dependency, signing, production release, incident, and recurring root-cause issues.
- Define mobile DevOps standards and reusable pipeline frameworks, mentor engineers, establish KPIs, and reduce manual release work.
- Implement testing, quality gates, security scanning, observability, crash monitoring, deployment metrics, and release health monitoring.
- Apply AI-assisted pipeline generation, build-failure diagnosis, test generation, crash and telemetry analysis, incident triage, release-risk prediction, RAG, and agentic automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of DevOps or platform engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on iOS and/or Android CI/CD and production mobile release experience.
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Cloud and DevSecOps experience, including secure pipelines, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and release traceability.
- Practical generative AI experience in engineering or DevOps workflows.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes Fastlane, Firebase App Distribution, Bitrise, Codemagic, BrowserStack or device farms, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent development.
