Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI models aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Design and implement production-ready AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build applications using generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Monitor and optimize AI system performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make technical decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor team members and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
- Develop and fine-tune deep learning, neural network, and transformer-based systems.
- Build conversational agents, chatbots, natural language processing solutions, and image-processing integrations.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum five years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Large Language Models, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Understanding of generative model architectures and practical applications.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune deep learning models, neural networks, and transformer-based systems.
- Experience with conversational agents, chatbots, and natural language processing tools.
- Knowledge of agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG architecture.
- Insurance domain knowledge covering underwriting, claims, and policy.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and mentor others.
