Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an Internal Developer Platform for self-service environment provisioning, service deployment, and infrastructure management.
- Design automated infrastructure using Shell scripting, Python or Java, and Ansible.
- Create agentic AI workflows to accelerate colleagues across product and technology.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy containerized applications at scale.
- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, and deployment.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog.
- Apply infrastructure and application security best practices and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve onboarding, service templates, and IDP workflows.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar role.
- Experience designing or contributing to an Internal Developer Platform or developer productivity tools.
- Strong Shell scripting skills, including Bash or PowerShell, and programming skills in Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Strong AI skills and experience creating agentic AI workflows.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana and logging solutions such as ELK Stack or Datadog.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security best practices.
