Base Salary

$307k - $427k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Contribute significantly to Search’s strategic roadmap.
  • Develop and deploy generative AI technology for content understanding and the AI-generated content framework.
  • Conduct applied research on new generative AI techniques for emerging content experiences.
  • Collaborate with Research, Search, Ads, and adjacent teams to integrate generative AI into content products and services.
  • Shape the technical outlook and roadmap for the next generation of the Search Content Platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in software engineering building technical products and services.
  • 10 years of experience developing and deploying models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience developing AI-centered product features and leading user-facing product efforts.
  • Preferred: experience applying generative AI and machine learning to real-world content problems.
  • Preferred: strong mathematical skills and knowledge of statistical methods.
  • Ability to influence across formal authority boundaries and collaborate with technical, cross-functional, and highly matrixed teams.

Benefits

  • US base pay is $307000-$427000, plus a 30% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
