AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Polish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers through the Agentforce platform.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate on solutions through testing and deployment.
- Work in a cross-functional builder pod and own solutions through the technical lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Early-career candidate with a builder mindset and strong technical foundation.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and sales teams.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly with customers.
